New temp warehouse job working away for 4 nights a week, staying in a hotel with paid for meals. Completely confused on how to manage food while there and home.

So I'm sorry this might be a long post but I really need some advice please

Last year during lockdown I (27F) managed to get my head on and lose some weight, from 210 - 162. I was happier with my body but still wanted to lose another 20lbs or so but everything slowed down so much I was plateaued for like 2 months, nothing I did was budging the scales.

I got the crazy cold that was going around and it just completely knocked me sideways, it was only for 2 weeks but I fell back into eating badly and now I've started a new job, temp for 12 weeks in a warehouse.

I stay in a hotel for it 4 nights a week, breakfast and evening meal paid for in the pub next door. No fridge, microwave in the room so this is only option I see.

They're 12 hour shifts and taking food is difficult too as I have no where to prep?

I've put on like 14lbs already because on my 4 days back home I'm out the habit of cooking and too tired from eating crap to have the motivation to exercise.

I was cycling to work before, doing kickboxing, going for walks almost everyday, cardio and weights at the gym 2 times a week so idk why it plateaued in the first place to be honest.

I initially lost some using IF when we were furloughed then calorie counted a little bit but mainly sticked to eating good food and alot less often.

I'd really like some advice on what you'd do with food if you were in my situation, IE what to take to get you through the shift not being able to prep but keep up energy and not put weight on.
