Hi,
Just coming to put my second month update. October was really tough, not with losing weight but the mental. The first few days were fine, I was doing everything normal but once the ~7th hit I just lost all motivation. Not sure why as nothing changed but I stopped my diet and was eating bad again, I was still exercising which is good but a bad diet ruins any exercise. Around the 18th I realized what I was doing was terrible and a bad mindset so I kicked myself in gear again. Besides this small road bump I'm back on track and feeling the best I have so far during this journey. My first weight reward is at 280 so I'm nearly there. The weight stats are below for anyone interested in numbers.
