Looking to lose weight

For some details i am 14 and about 5'4 and weigh 10 stone 10 pounds on the NHS BMI Calculator i was in the most overweight section "Very Overweight" I eat decently healthy for breakfast when i have it i mostly have something like a boiled egg or frosted flakes. For lunch Cucumber & Tomatoes or Rice or Bread and Butter my dinners are quite fatty like i will have Salmon and Fried Mushrooms with Chips or Steak meal or Roast Dinner.

My main issue i think is my lack of exercise and activity throughout the day as most days i just sit down on my bed coding something on my laptop or playing xbox series x and just do that really all day until i go to sleep whether its 9pm or 4am times vary. At school i do decent activity like a 30 minute walk home after school but i feel like it makes minimal changes. But when im at home i basically do nothing tbh i drink healthy i only really exclusively drink Water and Milk like tons of it. I was wondering what would be a good and healthy way to go about it as my weight dosent bother me what others think but meh just wanna be better
