I've lost exactly 7 kilos (15 lbs) in exactly 3.5 months

F20, 183cm/6ft, SW: 132,6kg/292lbs, CW: 125,6kg/277lbs

I've lost exactly 7 kilos (15 lbs) in exactly 3.5 months :) I also went on vacation for two weeks during that time, where I didn't stick to any restrictions.

At the beginning (during the summer holidays) I went to the gym 4/5 times a week, now that uni has started again I still go to the gym 2/3 a week and I go everywhere by bike. I absolutely love the gym. It probably also helps that I was already quite strong on my own, but it really gives me a thrill to lift heavy weights and get stronger. it is really a moment of happiness when I can lift more weight again. When I've lost some more weight, I also want to work on my stamina a bit more. eventually I want to play football again, I used to play that sport and I still really enjoy it.

Losing weight is now almost automatic. I also counted calories in the beginning, but I don’t really do that anymore. Maybe I'll start with that again. My weak spot was chips and I hardly ever buy them anymore, except on special occasions. Now that I'm busy with school again, I also have more daytime activities, which means I have less time for binge eating.

I’m not quite there yet, but I love seeing how my body changes: I'm fitter and stronger, clothes fit me better and I also see more veins in my hands and wrists, especially when I'm working out. I just wanted to share my progress, maybe it will help someone :).
