About three years ago, I weighed 109lbs. I felt and looked my best back then. Over time, I gained weight and reached 120lbs. This looked like quite a lot on my small 5’0” frame, I was lethargic all the time, and I struggled a lot with emotional binge eating.
After a breakup at the end of August, I decided to fix my eating habits, work on eating in moderation, and I started exercising daily. My goal was to get under 110lbs.
And I did it! 109.8lbs today! I’m just so proud of myself! I sure do miss McDonalds, but I have never felt so energized and confident in my body.
I plan on losing another 3lbs to look “shredded,” so hopefully I can get there by the end of the New Year☺️
