Title says all.
I just can't stop eating Doordash. It's only been a few days since I started binging on it and I already probably spent over 100 on the app. I always tipped generously, I have no regrets about that. But the food makes me feel shittier by the day and it's putting a huge strain on my bank account.
Despite this though, I just can't seem to bring myself to stop. This happens every time I eat fast food. Every time I eat it once, I go on a binge and eat almost nothing but fast food for days. I wouldn't be surprised if fast "food" is really nothing but a bunch of addicting subtances designed only to make you keep eating it.
Doesn't help that I have ADD and work a helpdesk job from home, where I'm required to be at my desk most of the day. Sometimes it gets super busy and I feel like DoorDash is my only option (besides starving of course). There's nothing stopping me from just eating shitty microwaved foods but what difference does that make? I also don't really like vegetables.
Sometimes I wonder if my life would get better if I were banned from all Food Delivery apps in general. I have zero self control, cooking skills, and time and companies love to capitalize on that.
