A PSA about calorie tracking apps

I find myself a bit crazy with my fitness pal. Weighing everything, checking macros, being a bit obsessive. Enter Noom. I just login for the free version so I'm not getting the lessons or whatever by I am tracking and I am following it's red/green/yellow light thing.

After a couple weeks I have lost 0 weight. Well, this isn't my first rodeo so I go back and look at the calorie amounts it gives things. They are grossly inaccurate. Even using the barcode scanner items can be anywhere from half the calories it actually is to 20% more for prepackaged items.

I got sick of going back and correcting the calorie amounts and marking it as inaccurate so I'm back to my fitness pal.
