[27/F] Been off my game all summer. How do I get back into the swing of things?

I started working out November 2020. Scale wise I lost 5lbs, but my body changed, I built muscle, my clothes fit me better and I felt the best I had in years.

Summer is always a rough time for me. I naturally run warmer than most people and during the hot Canadian summer months I get so hot, depressed and miserable. Basically my Seasonal Depression is during the summer, not the winter.

In the last few months I can count the amount of times I worked out on two hands, and I've gone for a few walks here and there but thats it. I've been out of it for so long I feel like I'm right back where I started. My clothes haven't gotten tight on me (yet) but I keep staring at my "after" photos and feeling very bad about myself.

Has anyone ever gone through something similar? How do I kick myself in the butt and get going again?

Tldr: Haven't made much of an effort to exercise lately due to how warm its been. It's been a while, I am sad, what do?
