Hey everyone, 2days ago I was literally crying, having the worst mental breakdown over seeing an old photo of me and not seeing how different I looked, thinking that I still looked the same and went to a very dark place In my mind.
Today, took some photos in panties and a cute tank top and as usual, seeing all the changes in my body and realising that ofc not I don't look the same.
Sometimes, hearing someone tell me that I look smaller now and that ofc I don't look the same bc I'm 50+ pounds lighter isn't enough.
Seeing a side by side is saving me many tears and gives me the confidence to kill it the next month!
If you're losing and doing everything right but can't see it yet, take progression photos. It was hard at first, actually the first photo is the hardest but the following ones will only motivate you to keep going!
Take one maybe once a month on the same day, I take one every 10th usually or even once every 3months. It'll also get you used to seeing your new self.
