Just wanted to share my personal victory this month after attempting a lifestyle change.
I bought scales on 22nd june and, as a member of this sub, i was obviously dismayed at what they told me.
I have gone through semi major lifestyle changes this month. The main one being I have consistently tried to do 30 minutes of intense activity a day. And the minor one is that I am watching what I eat along with intermittent fasting.
Anyway, the results after a month have been fantastic! I feel so much better and I am getting noticeably smaller within my clothes etc.
The album below shows the difference in one month between doing a workout, and also the weight and body composition changes in that month from the fancy scales that claim to measure these things. (I know they should be taken with a grain of salt but there is a trend that I like the look of so I am sticking with that).
I am not having to work as hard during my workouts after a month - as you can see from my average heartrate, I'd do more but a lot of the workouts do things like jumping and I don't jump as I'd end up going through to my downstairs neighbour's flat.
And to people saying I am losing weight in an unhealthy way - I'm eating enough calories a day. I'm even still getting McDonald's and pizza, I'm just being careful overall with my calories.
But I am motivated to continue this trend!
