I feel like I’m very lean but not at the same time.
When I stand up, if I pinch the fat near my belly button, the pinch of just half an inch thick.
When standing if I move my skin up and down it doesn’t move too much.
When I jump up and down I can see my skin slide across my abs and to me it looks 98% there.
But when I lay down I look flabby. And I don’t see my complete abs standing, it just seems to fade. When I sit and pinch my belly fat it’s much thicker.
If I do an ab work out I can clearly see everything and it looks 99%. But when I’m cooled down it goes away.
How much core body fat could I still have?
Am I just expecting too much from anatomy? I don’t know if I’ve reached all I could or if I just think I’m slim but will be surprised if I push harder?
