Hey guys,
I need some advice as I have nowhere to turn. I've been at the gym for 6 months now and I feel like I've made 0 progress. I did a calculator (TDEE and that) and based on my weight (267 pounds) and heigh (6ft 2), I need 3090 calories. I was originally on 1900>2100>2300 before I did the calculator and didn't seem to find much success. But just lately, I just feel I've lost nothing. The scale has stayed between the same 2 pounds for 3 months. I do weight training and cardio. I work at home. Any advice, just stressing out over it. I know there are many factors like sleep which I get enough of. I can do my macro breakdown which is -
203g protein
304g carbs
45g sugar
75g fat
Yes, I am obsessed with tracking every macro and weigh all my food!! hahaha
I could be doing something wrong but I want any advice or criticism I can get to help me. I would really appreciate the help :)
