How to stop a few days of bingeing

I’m on day 2 of eating too much to be comfortable and was hoping other people might have some tried and tested ways of getting back on track.

I’m not as bad as I used to be in the sense that I’m pretty good at not getting too down about it or beating myself up. I’m doing okay mentally, it’s just that now I’ve been used to overeating for a couple of days, I’m finding it hard to adjust back to something normal and I don’t really have any techniques up my sleeve of how to re-calibrate so to speak.

I don’t tend to calorie count - I have in the past but currently I’m doing alright with not doing that (except for this blip). I’m not sure what answers I’m hoping to get really, but just plodding on with a positive mindset doesn’t seem to be working! I’ve heard that you should just eat normally after bingeing - like don’t try and equal it out and eat less or anything. So I’ve tried that... but, I don’t know, it’s weird - when my stomach’s really full, it’s like I want to eat more? So I’ve still been overeating today and struggling to get back to normality
