How do I structure a gym workout routine? Any videos/ articles or even advice will help immensely.

Context: Hi guys, first post here. I'm 22M and around 115kgs. I'd lost around 10kgs with CICO and Running, but ended up gaining all of it back after a rough patch in life. Fortunately, my mental health is much better now and I'm looking to get back to acing the goals I'd set out to achieve.

Main issue: Scouring the internet and reddit there's some great advice on the Diet part of Fat loss with CICO being the go to focus, but on the Exercise side of things, I'm struggling to find proper workout plans before heading to a gym.

Keep in mind I have been to the gym before and I've had a trainer help me with a lot of the equipment there showing me ROM, form and other important tips. However I used to rely on the trainer completely and now feel lost in terms of what machine, what exercise and basically how do I make a plan for it?
