Obviously, I am getting back on the wagon soon with my weight-loss journey, but I am so confused. It's been at least 1 month since I got fed up with weightloss and decided to take time of to get rid of my guilt around food....which turned into over eating. Not binging, because I sort of chose to over-eat after the first week of actual binging as i was already bloated and decided to just enjoy the food and deal with the consequences later.
Anyway, what kind of jacked-up mathematics allows me to eat WHOLE JARS of peanuts and Cashew nuts and ice-cream and cake and restaurant food for 1 STRAIGHT Month, do 10 Minutes of exercise everyday (if I'm lucky) and only end up eating the equivalent of 10,000 excess calories?
I'm female and short, so it makes even less sense. I had myself in tears this before weighing myself today (after the bloating from my recent activity had gone down) and was shocked to see that I was 2kg down from by starting weight and like 2 pounds up from by last pre-madness-month foodfest. I was SO sure I would have gained at least 10lbs because all the fitness gurus and reddit advice i watched warned that even an extra 200 calories can make you fat in the long run. Well, this is the long run sooooooo.....
