I have very high salt requirements when I’m eating. Even when the food is healthy and everything I still sprinkle a lot of salt on my food, everything tastes bland for me till it’s slightly salty.
Almost everyone I know has commented on how much salt I eat, and this has been going on since I was a kid. My family has tried when I was younger to force me to eat without added salt but it didn’t work.
I don’t have high blood pressure or any medical issues that are salt related. However, it does throw off my weigh ins by as much as a few pounds every day depending on how much salt I put on my food which makes it hard to keep track of my weight.
Does anyone have the same issue or am I just weird?
