Does anything change? You can step back and eat a little more because you no longer need to lose extra past weight right? For example, your room is messy, you have to clean up all the old mess but also worry about the daily mess until the day your room is finally tidy. Once it is tidy, it's less work because you only have to worry about the mess of the day and not extra mess from the past. Same principle works with losing body fat right? Once you burned off all the junk you had in the past, you can then start eating more (500 calories or so more) and just do a simple 45-60 min cardio session a day to be covered for a high calorie meal?
