I have no idea what I’m doing

Hello all!

I’m a 31 year old male and I’m severely overweight. I’ve already started working out with Insanity (wk2) and my eating has been better than it has been in the last 6 years. The area I’m extremely overwhelmed in is calorie counting. My sister tells me that I’m not eating enough. An example of what I eat daily is:” as follows:

Breakfast(Never before 10:30 am): High Protein Shake Lunch: High Protein Shake Dinner: Cooked meal l such as chicken, turkey, or fish with vegetables on the side. I don’t eat past 6pm

The protein shake I drink is 28g of protein with 2g Net Carbs

I’ve been doing a keto diet for the past 3 weeks and I’m not entirely sure I’m doing it right. If anyone can help me with these questions below I would be very grateful. I put my stats and goals down below so that you guys can have a good visual of where I am and where I want to be.

How many calories should I be consuming on a daily basis?

Is 20g of carbs the typical ceiling in keto?

How many grams of protein and fat should I consume on this type of diet?

Stats Height: 6’0” Current Weight: 325

Goal Weight: 205
