My body is still flabby af.
Just so you have a bit of an idea:
Sept 19th 2020 153lbs, 26 BMI, 30% body fat (Waist 31inches, Thighs 24.25in, Hips 40.5in)
Feb 26th 2021 135lbs, 23.2 BMI, 26.4% body fat (Waist 27.75in, Thighs 22.75in, Hips 38.5in)
28F 162cm
I'm only 10lbs from my goal weight but at this rate when I get there I'm worried I'm going to be skinny fat. Do I need to be eating better? - I've basically not restricted any foods and eaten in a calorie deficit with 15:9 IF (I eat lots of fruit and veg anyway but still have fries or half a store bought pizza from time to time). I have a barbell and do 3 days of weights and 3 days of HIIT averaging about 3-3.5 hours a week total, not including regular long walks. I know this may not seem much but I am quite busy so only really have time (and energy) to exercise in the mornings before work. I am veggie and I think getting enough protein is the biggest issue I average about 65g a day though.
What would you advise?
