Can’t lose weight....now what?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this so I’m just gonna give it a go. Please let me know if not allowed. For reference, I’m a female 18 years old at 145 lb. I was 150 at one point eating takeout food everyday and binging all things sugar.

At this point, I’ve hit a mental wall and feel super unmotivated. I’ve been working out consistently since November 20th 2020 and eating a clean vegan diet since then and have lost a total of 5 lb. From that date to the end of December 2020, I was doing hours of cardio and weight lifting (6-12 lb each arm). Eating no more than 1,500 cal a day. Now I run everyday, anywhere from 3-5 miles instead of the cardio/weight lifting and noticed that was much better for me, as I’m a former cross country runner. I usually get at least 8-10 hours of sleep at night and drink a ton of water throughout the day. I’m vegan also, so I’m not consuming any dairy or meat. I have lots of fruits, vegetables, and I use a plant based protein powder in my oatmeal in the morning for a significant amount of my daily protein. I make all my meals, have cheat days twice a month, have no processed or frozen foods, and limit my sugar intake. I also take iron pills and occasionally take vitamin D. I know I may be rushing this but all that change and a 5 lb change within 2 months? I’m not sure what to do or what to change but I was hoping at this point to be closer to 130-135 lb.

Any advice on where I go from here?
