I have no self control and want to lose weight

Hello everyone I’m 5 feet 130 pounds. I am 23 years old. My weight goes straight to my face and stomach- never my ass of course. I really want to lose weight at minimum 10 pounds but preferably 15. I know my main problem is overeating. Using my fitness pal I’m supposed to be eating 1200 a day to lose weight. I eat about 1800 a day. I do well through the day and the night hits and I eat like 3 cups of rice even if I spaced out snacks drink a bunch of water, anything I always go over my calories. I have no self control and really need help with this. How do I control it?

I don’t have gym membership and I used to run outside but don’t in the winter. What escercises can I do inside that will help me lose HIT?
