First day I didn’t weigh myself in 2months

Today was the first day I haven’t weighed myself. I am down 15lbs from May24th from CICO. I was doing great and was excited to weigh myself every morning because I always went down at least 3oz everyday. About a week ago I had a cheat day (but don’t think I went over my 1200 cal) and gained almost every other day (would gain 1/2lb, then lose the next day then so on for over a week). The only days I went down in weight were when I only ate under 1000calories (I was super busy and didn’t feel well). And I refuse to go that low long term. But I also realized about 1100 was were I was maintaining. It’s so frustrating because nothing in my diet changed and I actually started some cardio. This has been really hard since I’m 5lbs away from my first milestone (being under 200lb). Today I decided to not weigh myself because it’s been messing with my mental health lately. I’m just really discouraged and dreading weighing myself in a few day. I guess I just wanted to rant, and ask for some encouragement and/or advice because you guys are always so great at it!
