Finally committing to losing weight! 23F SW: 150 CW: 148 GW 120- Desk job with daily walks

Hi everyone! I'm 23F, 5'4" and currently weight 148 pounds. I gained about 15 pounds when I transferred to university, and 10 since we started quarantine. I had finally started going to the gym consistently when everything got locked down, and with finals I just lost motivation. I recently started a full time office job, and the thought of sitting at my desk for 8 hours has only further motivated me to really start. My goal is to lose the belly fat, and hopefully get down to about 120 pounds. I'm currently using the NOOM free trial, and it has really been helping me track my eating. I have ADHD which honestly triggers a lot of my junk food eating. If anyone has tips for maintaining an exercise routine while working, other apps to use or if other ADHD folks have any tips on how to cut down on boredom eating, I'm all ears!
