I was a health nerd about ten years ago but I lived with my parents then. I ate whatever they cooked for dinner and usually only ate strawberries/blueberries and oatmeal for breakfast, a literal handful of tortilla pitas with salsa for lunch. I ate very little and exercised hours a day. Living with my husband, he loves processed foods and is a gamer-no exercise!
I want a proper meal plan that is nutritionally proportionate. I am far from knowledgeable about cooking but also don’t want recipes that means racking up a huge bill or list for groceries. I want to start simple and learn slow. Exercise is very simple for me, but it’s the food I’m struggling to get. Obviously- good carbs bad carbs, no processed foods, sugars—- eat vegetables/fruits/lean meats, but I need help with meals. Can anyone help me?
