Hi all, as I’m sure all of us are aware quarantine is now a very big part of our lives and has impacted A LOT, including trying to lose weight.
I don’t have really any weights where I live except for a set of 5 and 10 pounders. The only issue is I tend to lift higher weights than that from doing football and hockey as a late teen and continuing on from there. I do sit-ups, planks, flys, alternate different types of pushups , and when I can I will go about 4.5 miles on an elliptical machine.
My issue is I have a past knee injury that occasionally acts up and I don’t want to push it with the 4.5 miles in the elliptical machine.
Is there anything that i can supplement the elliptical with? And also, is there anything I could add to my daily light workout to lose some unwanted gained weight from sitting around? I’m 6ft 220lbs trying to hit 207 for reference
