Looking for Advice and Suggestions

「Introduction」I was a bit nervous about posting, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask for advice. I’m 16F, 4’11, and fluctuating between 128 — 134 lbs. I’m looking to get back to 95 lbs. which is where I was three years prior (at the same height). I “ate my feelings” a lot through high-school. Junk food everytime I was stressed, tired, etc.

「Goal」I’m not looking to lose all of that weight immediately. It’s going to take time and effort, I get that. I began figure-skating again, but I need to get that thin stature again and in general, just enough to be able to start toning my muscles and not my fat.

「So Far...」In a month, I lost about 3-4 pounds because I stopped snacking. I’ve sort of hit a plateau for the next two months and now we’re here. I’ve been eating with a calorie deficit. I generally aim for 1200-1300 calories, more or less, and sometimes I did really well in the beginning and now I don’t. This week, I’ve ate a lot more by getting another plate or eating (more) snacks. I’ve started to weigh two pounds more than I usually do this week. Maybe I need to add more protein into my day? Any tips or suggestions for how to go on that deficit and not want to reach for snacks would be appreciated! (Side Note: I have a bit more than 50oz of water each day, half a cup a bit before I eat)

I try to exercise everyday, even if it’s just half an hour of yoga. I also walk 1.4 miles home everyday. I skate for a few hours every week, but nothing too intense since spring semester is hellish. On weekends I do about two hours of light cardio around the neighborhood, workout my core and “abs”, and legs (total workout is about four to six hours in all). I don’t know if the intensity is enough though and I don’t have the time to go to a gym to lift. Maybe I should buy handheld weights? Or maybe up the intensity of aerobic exercises?

Thank you again!! Let me know if you need more information about anything and I can just shoot it your way. I really don’t mind what rate I move at, 1 lbs each week... 3 lbs every two weeks... whatever. I just want to be able to make some sort of consistent improvement instead of plateauing, or worse, gaining all that weight back and more. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated :)

Edit: As a student, I get about 4-7 hours of sleep each night ( :( ), so maybe that’s also it, but I’m trying to get better at it! I’ll work on that so don’t worry about it!
