I think people liked my visual tool so here's my September completed. 10lbs down this month

September

I started the month at 160lbs and I'm weighing in around 150lbs. I have met more goals this month, most notably I've significantly reduced my snacking. What helped me was converting to the OMAD diet on 9/9. I eat dinner around 6:30PM and just drink coffee with a little bit of SF creamer and diet Dr. Poverty to help me get through the day. I feel more satisfied eating this way. I'm 5'1 F for reference and try to stick to 1200 calories a day. My weekly average is around 1400 with larger meals on the weekend.

My exercise has remained about the same with a slight increase. Each green box represents a 15 minute walk I take at work.
