Veg Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients
- 50gm Carrot(chopped)
- 30gm Cabbage(chopped)
- 50gm French Beans(chopped)
- 50gm Onion(chopped)
- 1tsp garlic(crushed)
- 1tsp Ginger(grated)
- 2inch celery(chopped)
- 1/2tsp Black Pepper
- 1tsp Soya Sauce
- 1tsp Chilli Vinegar sauce
- 2tbsp Coriander Leaves(chopped)
- 1tsp Cornflour
- 1cup Water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2tsp Oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and ginger and sauté for a minute.

Then add chopped French beans, carrot, cabbage and sauté.

Add 1 cup boiling water, followed by cornflour paste (cornflour mixed with water).

Add soy sauce, then add pepper powder and mix.

Add Chilli vinegar sauce. Garnish with coriander leaves.
