Any tips on making a plan for food for the week

I'm starting to get back to the gym, started at 98kg/216lbs and am currently at 93kg/205lbs after the first month which was achieved only by taking out the bad parts of what I was eating before, stuff like excess snacks especially at stupid times in the night. my gym routine is 4 days a week and I'm quite active at work too.

I really like the idea of intermittent fasting with some meal prep throughout the course of the week. But in terms of finding out what I want and need to eat I'm really struggling. And with that, the actual measurements of the food would come as an issue to me. Any suggestions and/or questions would be appreciated.
