Can finally handle trigger foods without it becoming a binge!

Hi all, I’ve been making a lifestyle change for the past 5 weeks, I struggled with binge eating, which started when I was bored after work, one unhealthy snack would turn into hours of crappy stuff and thousands of wasted calories

For the first month I was obsessively avoiding these things so not to trigger a binge, but I was getting dangerously close to the opposite end of eating disorders. So I tried to incorporate small amounts of these ‘bad’ (I don’t seriously use that word as pretty much no type of food is bad in moderation).

And it’s working! I still get my indulgences without the guilt from binging or from feeling like I wasted calories/failed my diet.

I am however avoiding the one food (chocolate) that I cannot seem to control myself with. I may find i can eat it in moderation now but right now I’m content not taking that risk :)

4.9kg lost, and I can still have a tim tam with my cup of tea, it’s a win win
