I had a pretty terrible day today. It was absolutely a Monday. To summarize, none of my alarms went off, I almost couldn't buy a textbook because of some small ridiculous details, my card was declined at another shop because the bank reset my pin without telling me, and then I ended up with gasoline all over my shoes and feet.
I did have a really nice lunch with a new friend (the obviously highlight of my day) and I had a bacon avocado cheeseburger and sweet potato fries.
And while emotional eating definitely wanted to happen by the time the gas was spilled on me, i just grabbed an iced coffee from McDonald's and no food because i wasn't hungry after that big lunch.
At 9pm i was a little hungry so I had a light snack, tracked all my food for the day as well as I could, and I was still under my calorie goals.
Tomorrow i need to travel an hour to another school (my primary campus) and pick up the rest of my books. I'm making to go in the late afternoon after having lunch and bringing along a big bottle of ice water to keep temptations at a minimum. Just get in, get my books, go home.
