I’ll try to keep this concise, but I lost about 25~ lbs, and my BMI is now 23.4, which is on the higher end of healthy, which I thought would be okay. I really, really hate my body even after losing weight. I can’t even look in the mirror right now because it genuinely ruins my day because the way I look is just stuck in my head, and I feel self conscious eating around people, because everyone around me just looks so much thinner.
Does anyone else have this same experience? I feel like I hate my body more, though I guess I know it technically looks better. Should I lose more weight? I still look really overweight at this BMI.
