Weight: 120 Height 5 feet 3 Body fat: 15-17 % according to some fancy scale Male
I’m small height and weight wise. I don’t have a flat stomach or defined arms and am looking to lose the remaining fat until I get down to 10% or so then try to bulk. My TDEE is around 1800 and I am eating 1300 calories or so a day with an emphasis on protein. I work out 4-5 times a week with an upper lower weight lifting and I sometimes do cardio to burn around 100 calories. I live in NYC so I do plenty of walking.
What do you guys think? Is this too little to eat? Should I just be eating at maintenance? Any suggestions or advise?
